Yearbook

Yearbook: Designing and Publishing Photo and Media Books

Mentors: Andrea Garn

Time: 3:00 to 4:00

Description: We will cover the basics of great photos, layout and design, and digital publishing. You will learn how to write titles, captions, blurbs, and articles — skills you can use for publishing newsletters, websites, and more! Guest speakers like a published illustrator, and children’s book author will share their secrets to success.

We will create a yearbook for ASA, including photos and stories from our classes and activities throughout the year. Each semester fee includes a personal published project (cookbook, photobook, or whatever you choose) that you can keep or can use as a gift for Christmas or Mother’s day.
