Physical Education

This class will teach basic principles of fitness and will help students work on their personal fitness goals. We will promote physical activity through individual exercises and team sports. We will also promote living a healthy lifestyle, good nutrition principles, as well as basic physiology and anatomy. We will focus on having fun while teaching teamwork, sportsmanship, and an appreciation for the human body.

We will have many opportunities to do outside of class activities such as games, hikes, snowshoeing, game nights, etc. Our goal is to create a team-like atmosphere.
