
Biology

This early high school biology course fosters a deep appreciation for the living world. Each class contains lectures, discussions, and activities, followed by hands-on laboratory investigations. First semester covers microbiology, cell structure, and cellular functions. Second semester focuses on human biology and anatomy, including dissections and laboratory explorations. We will also bring in professionals working in biology fields to inspire next gen biology professionals.

Students will be asked to read pertinent chapters watch videos before class, be prepared to participate in class discussions collect samples for lab homework included will be memorization of anatomy and structures as well as diagramming each week
