History of Heroes

What is a hero? How does someone become one? Throughout history ordinary men and women made choices that changed lives. They showed great courage, empathy, and ingenuity, among other qualities. However, what really sets them apart is that they made a difference in their sphere of influence.
In History of Heroes we will be studying many of these heroes and what made them great. We will participate in fun, hands-on activities and field trips as we take a deep dive into the lives of several heroes. We will learn about what qualities they had and how we can develop those qualities in ourselves. Our learning will connect us to the heroes of the past. This amazing class is designed to empower YOU to find the hero in yourself. Will you accept your call to adventure and choose the path to your personal hero’s journey?
